Welcome to the Inn at 30 Maryland. We are quietly located on Maryland
Avenue in the midst of the Annapolis Historic District. Situated
between State Circle and the Naval Academy's Gate 3, Maryland Avenue is
an eclectic mix of antique dealers, boutique shops, museums,
restaurants and historic lodgings. With no major chains in sight, the
18th century charm of Annapolis is no illusion on Maryland Avenue. This
quaint corridor is the key to the City and within minutes-walk of
everything historic in Annapolis.
As both Chef and Keeper of this grand Victorian home, I bring a decade
of fine dining and hotel experience to Annapolis. Top of the line
bedding and linens, a contemporary menu, and a dedication to
flexibility in guest accommodations are the focus of our "Boutique"
Inn. All accommodations are spacious, comfortable and well appointed
with newly renovated private baths. Large public rooms and beautiful
grounds make us a perfect venue for weddings, reunions and special
events.
