As the newest Bed & Breakfast in Annapolis, Peninsula House, located just steps from the water, we boast a totally renovated Inn. Our guests comfort was foremost in the planning with elegantly appointed rooms all with queen size beds and en suite private spacious baths. We created in each room a cozy reading nook for relaxing after a day of sailing or touring some of the historic sites that Annapolis has to offer. Our rocking chair front porch overlooks the English gardens and provides another place for our guests to enjoy a cool drink and watch the humming birds and butterflies, which are attracted to the many colors in the garden.

Peninsula House is located just a few steps from both the Spa Creek and Back Creek water taxi stops making it convenient to all the sailing schools and charter boats and a short walk over the Spa Creek Bridge to the restaurants and shops along Main Street.

We pride ourselves on our incredible breakfasts. We try to serve a menu that our guests do not make for themselves at home. To temp your palate some of our breakfasts include cold blueberry soup with yogurt, home made sorbet or gouda and stout pancakes to name just a few.
